Great place for travelling to Playa del Carmen and sightseeing. I enjoyed provided an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a TV. Tried nice meals at La Floresta, it's located within walking distance of the apartment.
The bathroom here was very old.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and clean bedding. The air conditioning and TV worked well, and there was a nice little balcony. The pool and garden area were beautiful, and the reception area was modern and welcoming. The host, Salvador, was very helpful and responsive, even providing new towels upon request. it could be a very nice apartment with some repairs.
For us, it was ideal.

The location was ideal, close to both the beach and shopping areas. It was easy to get around and taxis were readily available. the host was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. They provided great recommendations for nearby grocery stores and even accompanied us to one of them. the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The hotel was a bit away from the main tourist area, which may not be appealing for those looking to be in the thick of things. some areas of the hotel were outdated and in need of maintenance, such as broken towel rails and rusty kitchen appliances.

Our stay at Riviera Towers was great value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and other attractions. The staff, especially Salvador, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was the lack of variety in the breakfast items.
